At Stay Inn Hotels & Resorts, we understand that the COVID-19 pandemic has raised concerns around health and safety, and we are committed to ensuring our guests feel safe and comfortable during their stay. To this end, we have implemented new hygiene and cleanliness standards created by the World Health Organization for the hospitality industry and fulfill all requirements regarding our guests’ health according to international standards.

  • We regularly provide our employees, who are in contact with guests and who serve them, with all necessary training in line with criteria regarding social distancing rules, hygiene, and our action plans in accordance with World Health Organization standards. We frequently check the health of our employees and record the results to ensure their health status is monitored.

  • We apply social distancing rules by providing signs and information in all our service areas and frequently provide hand sanitizer in common areas. We clean our rooms, frequently touched surfaces, and all equipment with disinfectant products and use disposable bathroom amenities. We also ensure the fitness center areas, equipment, and spa are cleaned with hygiene materials that comply with the standards after each use.

  • At our food and beverage facilities, food preparation is carried out by our trained employees under the control of food engineers in line with the principles of Food Legislation. We organize seating arrangements in our restaurants in accordance with recommended safe distances.
